The **MiniFloc™ Wastewater Separation System** (Model ER-92-125) is a compact, skid-mounted batch wastewater separation platform engineered and built by ERE for operators who need reliable solids removal without the footprint of a full-scale plant.

Each cycle fills the mixing tank with wastewater, doses dry powdered flocculant from the integrated auger-driven hopper, mixes the batch, and discharges to an on-skid screw filter that dewaters solids into mud cake while clarified effluent is released. Using dry flocculant rather than liquid coagulant eliminates bulk chemical storage, reduces handling complexity, and delivers consistent dosing batch to batch.
